The OPPORTUNITY 

The Laundry Service Problem

Laundry services exist in a trust deficit. Customers worry about garment care, reliability, and whether their premium clothes are truly being handled with care. The market is fragmented—no brand stands out. It's a commodity business perceived as purely transactional.

Customers delegate one of their most personal tasks (caring for their clothes) to a stranger.
